At AD Architecture, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to make their dream a reality. That's why from the first sketch to the final blueprint, the customer's dream and desire never leaves our sights. We stay focused on every intricacy of each design, but the customer is always the primary resource for our imagination. This philosophy has been AD's primary principle for over 20 years, and has garnished over 30 first place home-design awards from all across the country.
The Design Process
We design homes across the United States through video conferencing. The first step is to meet and review the owner or builders design requirements, site and lot considerations, proposed budget and usually client photo books from Houzz, Pinterest or other albums.
The second step is our design meeting where we design your home "live" with your immediate input while you watch. The art and skill of drawing, sets our company apart and is an exciting experience for our clients to interact with in designing "their" new home. Finally, we send you your design book and 3D photo realistic renderings, usually within 2 weeks, and we meet again to review your revisions. With your design in hand, we can provide you with one of our quality selected builders in most states or we can build your home in the San Diego area.

Every design is unique and tailored to each individual customer, which makes for an exciting home-building experience, and a gorgeous and personal home. No two houses we design are alike, but every house we design is enchanting in its own way.
Giving Back
At AD, we believe giving back to the community is a crucial part of any business model. With this in mind, we are proud to have partnered with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for their 2022 Dream Home Giveaway. This partnership not only provided a family with a beautiful home, but it also raised over one million dollars toward ending childhood cancer.
